We thank you for choosing our accommodation for your vacation. Before your booking is confirmed, please agree to the terms and policies of the accommodation:

1. The accommodation is a studio and not a hotel, house, or apartment.
2. The booking requires a deposit of 30% of the total cost of your stay, with the remaining balance payable upon your arrival at the accommodation.
3. Room cancellations are free if made 30 days prior to your arrival.
4. Only the double rooms have a sea view.
5. Please ensure that you have selected the room type according to the corresponding photos.
6. Towels are changed, and the room is cleaned every 2 days. White linens stained with dyes or sunscreen will incur an additional charge.
7. If you are unable to stay for the full duration of your reservation, you are required to compensate the accommodation with 50% of the total price.
8. Electricity operates with a key card, which cannot remain active during your absence.
9. We do not provide shampoo, body wash, creams, beach towels, or pool towels.
10. Pets up to 10 kg are allowed upon request, but they are strictly prohibited from being left alone in the room without your presence.
11. The pool operates from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and is located 10-150 meters from the room you select.
